Balloon Frenzy creates for the Mobile and Baldwin County areas. If you are interested in our creations and are not local, email us at create@balloonfrenzycreations.com We are available to travel for large event bookings with advanced notice. 

Balloon Frenzy does not have their own event venue at this time, however; we coordinate with several local venues and can refer you to our vendors adequate to your event venue needs. 

Balloon Frenzy uses the highest quality professional balloons, such as Qualatex, Sempertex, and TufTex, to provide best results, however we cannot guarantee balloons won’t pop. Balloon Frenzy will ensure your balloon creation is in good standing before exiting the premises after setup. In addition, we do not allow our clients to provide their own balloons.

A Two (2) hour minimum is required for an on-site setup. A Four (4) hour minimum is required for a large creation on-site setup. Balloon Frenzy cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete décor if required time is not allowed to complete creations.

Yes, however Balloon Frenzy will view the provided photo as inspiration and use their own creative ideas to bring your vision to reality. 

Balloon Frenzy requires a 50% deposit and signed contract for all creations. Invoice will be sent client's email and client has 72 hours to submit their deposit before invoice is cancelled. Once invoice is cancelled, the date and time is now available for potential clients to book.

Balloon Frenzy does not offer cancellations and deposits are nonrefundable. However in extreme cases such as death, hospitalization, emergency weather conditions and venue closures we will offer refunds with proper documentation only provided within a timely manner. 

Contracts are legal agreements between business and clients and are implemented to protect both the business entity and client. In our agreement all responsibilities are listed for both the business and client including timeline, budget, payment, material/equipment, setup and breakdown. Contracts are an additional layer of protection to ensure both parties responsibilities are fulfilled in an effective manner.

If our schedule allows and we have the requested theme and/or color scheme materials on hand we will be more than happy to assist you with your event. However there will be a rush order fee and fee will be based on creation items needed.
